Cursul isi propune sa fie diferit si sa depaseasca bariera prezentarii de marketing, specifica majoritatii cursurilor de instrumentare pe o singura prisma de plastic, tinuta in maini sau pe masa. Replicam conditiile de lucru de zi de zi folosind simulatoare de lucru – fantoame/ manechine dotate cu arcade artificiale pe care avem dinti naturali montati.
Lucram la microscop, o sa vezi cat este de simplu. Pentru ca o sa vezi cu ochii tai ce se intampla in timpul instrumentarii, o sa asimilezi repede notiunile teoretice, pentru care nu avem nici o dorinta sa ti le prezentam intr-un mod savant. Vom avea o discutie colegiala, ca de la practician la practician.
o zi de practica in utilizarea acelor rotative Neoniti:
-vom lucra pe fantoame care au montate arcade cu dinti naturali, deci simulam in tocmai ergonomia. Daca vrei sa lucrezi rotativ, e bine sa adopti o pozitie corecta de lucru si sa izolezi cu diga.
-nu vom folosi dinti de plastic, pentru o avea exact aceeasi experienta clinica
-vom lucra o zi intreaga, cate un tratament complet pentru fiecare dinte reprezentativ pentru clinic: un molar superior si unul inferior.
Ergonomie si work flow – vezi ca sa intelegi
-vom lucra utilizand microscoape operatorii, pentru ca o imagine spune cat 1000 de cuvinte. Vei vizualiza exact felul in care se face deschiderea camerei pulpare( avem turbine), felul in care facem accesul in canale, comportamentul acelor rotative, efectul irigantilor, felul in care acul se incarca cu detritus. Nu-ti face griji daca nu ai mai lucrat cu un microscop, te vom invata in 10 minute.
– vom lucra in echipe de cate 2 pentru a putea implementa lucrul la patru maine – astfel te vei putea concentra la ceea ce faci clinic, colegul o sa te ajute cu aspiratia, schimbul de instrumente, etc
– dintii sunt legati la apexlocatoare, asa ca o sa ai experienta completa.

molarii pe care vom lucra sunt scanati, asa ca o sa ne uitam impreuna peste CBCT-uri, o sa iti spunem tot ce trebuie sa stii pentru a putea manipula softul, dar te rugam sa aduci cu tine un laptop(si sa ne comunici inainte specificatiile lui).
