Iti expunem mai jos cateva motive pentru care nu merita sa ajungi sa te intrebi asta!
Piata romaneasca este invadata de mici distribuitori care vand in cabinet, cel mai des fara factura, produse de o provenienta incerta. Pretul este atragator, le cumperi si te dezamageste ulterior calitatea acestora.
Ca sa exemplificam concret, s-au vandut in Romania ultimilor ani, mii de ace “ProTaper” si poate milioane de pivoti de fibra de sticla “Nordin”, despre care producatorii acestor branduri n-au avut habar. Multi medici si-au imaginat ca pivotii de fibra de sticla, facuti in Elvetia, pot costa 30 – 40 de lei cutia, pret care nu acopera uneori nici taxele platibile catre state.
Argumentele pentru care cumperi asa ceva sunt pe cat de clare, pe atat de putine: produsul e mai ieftin, il ai disponibil pe loc, cu putin noroc, il poti achizitiona fara factura, ceea ce tie ti se pare a fi uneori un beneficiu.
Noi o sa-ti spunem de ce sa nu faci asta:
Ce este inclus in pretul un unui produs?
+ adaosul comercial al vanzatorului
E adevarat ca un produs original, vandut de importatorul oficial, include si:
alte taxe platite catre un stat de multe ori european
+ cheltuieli de marketing
+ participari la expozitii de profil
Producatorii dintr-o anumita tara asiatica te intreaba cand comanzi orice produs ce sa scrie pe cutie. Da! Ai citit bine. Poti comanda produse “dentsply”, “nordin”, orice brand doresti, ambalajul arata cum vrei tu, trimiti doar o poza si el va fi reprodus in totalitate.
Daca alegi un produs ieftin, sunt excluse multe dintre cheltuielile mentionate mai sus. Dar sunt excluse si beneficiile aduse de plata acestora. Nu vei avea cui sa adresezi intrebari de specialitate despre produs, nu vei putea returna produsul, nu vei beneficia de garantie.
De fapt, adaosul comercial pentru un produs original vandut prin importatorul oficial este deseori mai mic decat cel pentru un fals, produs cu sume infime in Asia. Pretul mic include doar pretul de productie + transport + adaos comercial + rareori taxe.
Daca ai incercat produse false si ti se pare ca diferenta de pret nu este proportionala cu diferenta de calitate (e adevarat ca uneori copiile pot fi destul de bune), te felicitam. Ai avut noroc! Insa sursele de acest gen nu pot asigura niciodata trasabilitatea produsului sau un nivel de calitate constant.
Tu singur evaluezi daca merita riscul si daca pretul pentru ace rupte in canal poate fi acoperit de economiile pe care le-ai facut cumparand mai ieftin. Daca in cazul pivotilor, cu greu poti evalua calitatea produsului dupa cimentarea in canal, la acele endodontice va fi mai evident dupa cateva ace rupte in timpul tratamentului.
La urma urmei, tu decizi ce fel de comert iti doresti sa sustii si ce fel de servicii vrei sa le oferi pacientilor. Cu siguranta te-ai pus uneori in pielea pacientului si ti-ai imaginat cum ti-ai dori sa fii tratat.
Stim ca sa ai un cabinet in Romania este o provocare in fiecare zi, dar si tu poti contribui la a schimba situatia in bine prin deciziile de cumparare pe care le faci. Indiferent de calitatea serviciilor oferite de distribuitori, niciun importator oficial nu-ti va refuza vreodata dreptul la garantie sau la returarea produsului in cazul in care vei solicita acest lucru. Niciun distribuitor oficial nu va ezita sa-ti ofere informatiile suplimentare despre un produs atunci cand vei avea intrebari, chiar daca asta va insemna efortul de a obtine de la producator date tehnice.
Daca iti doresti produse bune si preturile iti par de neacoperit de onorariile pe care le incasezi de la pacient, iti recomadam sa cauti mereu inlocuitori accesibili ca pret si mai putin celebri. Exista variante de producatori mai putin sonori care fac produse excelente si unde vei primi aceleasi servicii incluse in pretul produsului – drept de returnare, garantie, educatie stiintifica.
